Someone stole my 1968 Telecaster out of my truck on August
13 in Tulsa. It was parked on Boston between 17th and 18th. The neck is a 1968. The neck plate
is from a 1972 Fender. I can't find the serial number. Its white -- no finish on the back
of the neck -- large area of missing paint on the back and has a contour on the top backside
of the body -- very unique guitar. It has a brass nut and there is some wear just under the
bridge. The set screws in the brass saddles are too long, they stick up too high. The
corners of the butt of the neck have been rounded to fit a strat body and doesn't conform
to the pick guard. It was in a fender gig bag. Please keep an eye out for it and spread the word. I've had this
guitar since the mid 80s. All of the Johnny Walker Blues Band shows were played with this
guitar. The first two ERB CDs were recorded with this guitar. It is irreplaceable.
